FLUXENGINE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, API THROTTLING, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS.
